3C Services Ltd achieves NHSS 16 & 23 certification for highway surfacing and pavement repairs

3C Services has now achieved NHSS 16 & 23 certification - two nationally recognised accreditations that demonstrate our capability and competence in performing road surfacing and pavement repair across the UK’s road network.
These certifications, awarded by LRQA, set out strict standards for the management systems, training, equipment and working practices required to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality highway services.
Achieving National Highways Sector Scheme (NHSS) status confirms that we meet the requirements for working on local authority and major highway projects, and it strengthens our position as a trusted contractor to the highways, infrastructure and construction sectors.
What are NHSS 16 & 23?
NHSS 16 covers the laying of asphalt mixes for road construction and maintenance, verifying that our quality management system (QMS) aligns with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, with specific applications and interpretations for asphalt laying.
NHSS 23 covers small-scale pavement repairs, confirming that our team is competent in carrying out reinstatement and repair works, including footpaths and local road surfaces, to highway-approved standards.
