3C Services is a concrete supplier and highways contractor based in Morpeth, Northumberland and trusted across the UK.
Whether we're pouring concrete at 2am or uncovering live cables with a vacuum excavator, we show up, get the job done safely and keep your project on track - rain or shine.
The business was founded in 2017 by director Liam Crowe, an experienced fitter and qualified transport manager with a hands-on background in keeping plant, wagons and people running like clockwork. What started as one man with a concrete wagon has grown into a thriving business with over 30 vehicles in its fleet, including concrete mixers, vacuum excavators, grab wagons, Hiabs, road sweepers, plant, HGVs, vans and a reliable, hard-working team that keeps the wheels turning.

At 3C Services, we deliver ISO-certified, Constructionline Gold-accredited and NHSS-approved services to the highways, infrastructure and construction sectors. That means you're working with a team that knows the rules and provides quality-assured services every time.
From 24/7 volumetric concrete supply to vacuum excavation, surfacing, grab hire, plant hire and Hiab haulage - we support projects of all sizes. You’ll typically find us out on the UK’s major road networks, helping primary contractors deliver critical infrastructure work.

We’re certified to NHSS 16 and NHSS 23, the National Highways Sector Schemes for health and safety, quality and competency in road surfacing and reinstatement works. This means our team, processes and equipment all meet the strict standards required for working on the UK’s road network.
